I have been in the real estate related business for 30 years.  I started in title insurance in 1992 and spent 6 years working for 2 agencies, then had my own agency for 15 years.  That experience is what created the foundation and strong understanding of the real estate transaction.  It is the closing table where all transactions come to fruition.  Those closings gave me a true understanding of the wide-ranging types of real estate transactions.  I worked as a mortgage consultant for 5 years and developed a strong understanding of underwriting guidelines for mortgage financing.  That understanding guided me to work with borrowers to understand their financial situation and apply that situation to educating them on their home financing options and assisting them in purchasing their home within their budget and guidelines

Now, I’ve obtained my real estate license and I’d like to work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the home buying AND home selling process.  I look at this path as being a real estate educator/coach.  Not a real estate salesperson.  The more accurate, relevant information I can provide to you means you can make a more informed decision to provide you with the best possible outcome.
